What can I track with statistics?

With statistics, you can track any necessary metrics to analyze your advertising campaigns. Currently, there are three main sections of statistics available: General, Clicks, and Conversions.

General: Here, you can see general information for each advertising campaign, detailed statistics for split tests, and campaign expenses for the selected period.
 Clicks: This section provides information on each click in your campaigns, including detailed data and values of additional parameters.
 Conversions: In this section, you will find information about all conversions, their details, status, and values of additional parameters.
 Can I input expenses?

Yes, of course. In the "General" section, click on the ellipsis and select "Input Expenses".Then enter the expense amount, choose the time period, and confirm by clicking the "Confirm" button.
 
 Can I view statistics for specific campaigns?

Yes, you can view statistics for specific campaigns. Simply select the desired campaign using the filters.

Can I view statistics for a specific time period?
 Yes, you can. We provide a flexible traffic analysis system for specific time intervals.

What is PWA?
 Progressive Web Application (PWA) is a special technology that integrates a website into a mobile application template. It allows users to visit websites without opening a browser: in this case, the PWA itself acts as a browser. It also adds the ability to use push notifications.
 How to get started with PWA?

1. Go to the "My PWAs" section and click on the "Create" button in the top right corner of the page. {br}
2. In the first stage of creation, link your own domain or purchase one from us, then enter the flow name. {br}
3. On the second stage, choose a PWA design or create your own. {br}
4. On the third stage, insert the link to your offer, optionally add parameters. Also, at this stage, you have the opportunity to activate Shield, connect analytics from advertising platforms, and enable the call center. Don't forget to set up a postback in your affiliate network for accurate statistics tracking.
 Attention! For the correct parameter transmission, remember to configure their reception in the offer link. To transmit parameters:
 1) Add the parameter you want to use for passing values to the offer tracking link.{br}
    2) Specify the macro to retrieve the value from the final stream link.{br}
    3) Set the macro value. Optionally, you can modify it directly from the stream link.
 
 How does PWA work on iOS/Android devices?
 As soon as PWA is installed on your Android device, the app icon/shortcut will appear on the home screen. Traffis does not currently support iOS devices.
 Can I send push notifications with PWA?
 Yes, push notifications are available in our PWAs. You can use both default push notifications and custom ones. The main thing is to set up a schedule for sending push notifications.
 How to set up the sending of push notifications?
 You can access the push notification settings from the "My PWA" tab in the menu.
 
 It is possible to add two types of push notifications: event-triggered push notification and scheduled push notification.
 Event-triggered is a notification that will be sent after a specified amount of time following the occurrence of a particular event. Currently, the following events are available: Installation, Registration, Deposit.
 Example of setting up a push notification that will be sent 30 minutes after the user completes registration:
 
 Scheduled push notification is a notification sent weekly on a specified schedule after a chosen event.

 How can I create my own PWA design?
 To create your own PWA design, you need to click on the corresponding option at the PWA design selection stage:
 
 Afterwards, fill in all the required fields. You will need from 3 to 5 screenshots and one icon to create a PWA.
 PWAs for which niches are available?
 PWAs are available for all niches: gambling, crypto, nutra, health, dating, sweepstakes.
 Where can I get the naming and deeplink for PWA?
 To launch a PWA, naming and deeplink are not required. The launch occurs just like a regular website.

How to get started with pre-landings?
 To create a pre-landing page:
 1. Go to the "My Pre-landings" section and click on the "Create" button in the top right corner of the page.

 4. In the third stage, insert the link to your offer, add parameters if necessary. At this stage, you also have the option to activate Protection and connect advertising platform analytics. Don't forget to set up a postback in your affiliate network for accurate statistics tracking.

Attention! For proper parameter transmission, remember to configure their reception in the offer link. To pass parameters:

Add the parameter you want to use to transmit values to the tracking link of the offer.
 Specify the macro to obtain the value from the final flow link.
 Set the macro value. Optionally, you can change it directly from the flow link.
 
 What are universal and partner pre-landings?
 A universal pre-landing is a pre-landing page that you can customize for any offer within the chosen vertical/subcategory. To do this, go to the pre-landing library, select the "Universal" filter, and after choosing a specific pre-landing, fill in the required fields:
 
 Partner pre-landing is a pre-landing page specifically created for the offers of our partners. You don't need to specify product names or upload their photos.
 For which verticals are pre-landings available in Traffis?
 Pre-landings are available for all verticals: gambling/betting, crypto, nutra, dating, sweepstakes.
 Can I get URLs for postbacks?
 You can find the postback constructor in the "My Pre-landings" tab above the list of pre-landing flows.

Is a call center available for pre-landings?
 No, it is not available.

What is pre-landing split testing?

Pre-landing split testing is a method of marketing research aimed at identifying the pre-landing page with the highest conversion rate.

How can I set up split tests?

Split tests are configured when creating or editing pre-landing flows. After selecting the first pre-landing page, you will be presented with a list of available pre-landings to add to the split test. Simply choose another pre-landing to add.
 Please note that only pre-landings of the same theme can be added to a split test.

How is traffic distributed in split testing?
 Traffic is evenly distributed among the pre-landing pages.
 Can I set up split tests for any offer?

You can set up pre-landings for any offer.

What are split tests available for?

Currently, split tests are only available for pre-landings.

Can I include multiple offer links in a split test?
 Within one geo - no. Currently, split tests are only available for pre-landings, not offers.
 If a user clicks the link a second time, will they land on the same pre-landing?
 Yes, the user will always be directed to the same pre-landing they landed on the first time.
 Where can I view the statistics for my split tests?

You can view detailed statistics for each pre-landing in the "Statistics" tab under the "General" section by switching the filter to "Pre-landings" at the top of the tab. In the displayed list, click on the campaign you're interested in to expand detailed statistics for the pre-landings.
 
 Can I disable a pre-landing in a split test?

Yes, certainly. To do this, go to the editing of the desired flow and disable the pre-landing by clicking on the cross icon:

Apps Marketplace: Native Apps (Android/iOS)

How to get started with WebView Apps?
 1. Go to the "Apps Marketplace" menu, select the "Streams" tab, and click the "Create" button in the top corner of the page.
 
 2. At the first stage of creation, write the name of the flow and choose the traffic source.
 
 3. On the second stage of creation, choose the application to which you would like to link your flow.
 
 4. On the third stage of creation, enter the link to your offer and choose the geo (geographical location) to which your traffic will be directed.

Important! For the correct operation of statistics and the call center, be sure to install our postback on the side of the network you are working with.

How do I pass my parameters via naming/deep link?

 Are there additional fees at Traffis?
 Traffis does not charge any additional fees.
 Is there a free trial?
 Traffis does not have such an option. We have tried to make pricing plans affordable to all customers.
 How to switch to another tariff?
 You can choose a new tariff plan after your current tariff expires. Immediately after debiting the funds, you will get access to all the functions of the new subscription.
 How to unsubscribe?
 Cancellation is possible only by refusing to top up the account.
Funds for canceling a subscription during its period of validity are not refundable. If you would like to cancel your subscription without a refund, please contact our support manager.
 How to view the purchased package and account balance?
 You can view the purchased package and the account balance in the upper right corner of your Traffis personal account
 Do I need to pay extra for gambling call center services?
 The “Influencer” and “God of Traffic” packages already have a call center option, so if you choose these pricing plans, you do not need to pay extra.
If you purchased the "Rookie" and "Stalker" package, you can also use the call center, but for a separate fee ($79 per month)

What is a postback?
 Postback is the process of transmitting data about the execution of a specific action from one platform to another. To transmit a postback, there are two mandatory parameters - click ID and status. This technology allows obtaining data on conversions and payouts in the Traffis statistics. To achieve this, you need to configure data transmission in your affiliate programs, and our postback constructor will assist you with this.
 What is a postback constructor?
 The postback constructor is a tool that significantly simplifies the creation of postbacks. Postback settings are not saved in Traffis and exist solely to facilitate integration with various affiliate networks.
There are two types of postback: regular and with dynamic status.

What is a postback with a dynamic status?
 A postback with a dynamic status is a postback where the conversion status is automatically inserted by the affiliate system. The distinctive feature of this postback is the presence of only one link, where all the main parameters are specified.
 
 If you need to change the parameter values, you can do so by clicking on the text highlighted in blue.
 
 Also, if the partner program has different values for statuses, they should be replaced in the template with the corresponding ones.
 Let's consider this using the example of statuses from our partners Everad, in whose dashboard we see that conversion statuses differ from standard Traffis statuses:
 
 If there are multiple values for the same status, they should be listed separated by a comma (e.g., rejected, trash). Next, we go to our postback constructor and specify these statuses as follows:
 
 After that, we copy the postback and paste it into the respective field in the personal account of the affiliate program.
 What is a regular postback?
 A regular postback is a postback that consists of multiple links. The main distinctive feature is that one status corresponds to one postback link.
 
 What is the purpose of the "For Partner Network" option?

This option needs to be activated if you are configuring integration with one of our partner networks. All you need to do is enter the ID of this network in our system.

 How to set up the transfer of click ID?
 To ensure the correct transfer of the click ID, make sure you have configured its reception in the link of your offer. To do this, go to the third stage of creating a flow in Traffis and check the parameters of the tracking link of the offer. Ensure that it contains the {click_id} macro, into which Traffis automatically substitutes a unique click identifier with each visit to the flow.

If you are unsure about which specific parameter to pass the click ID to, it is recommended to request this information from your affiliate network manager.
